Kirill Bykov PR Novi Sad sells prepaid digital access to Malvine Radar.

1. General

Because the product is digital and access begins upon entitlement, refunds are limited as described below and subject to mandatory consumer law in your country.

2. Before use

If you contact us at info@malvine.online within 14 days of purchase and you have not materially used paid software features, we will review a full refund request in good faith.

3. After use

Once paid features have been used during the access period, the purchase is generally non-refundable except where required by law or at Paddle’s discretion when Paddle is Merchant of Record.

4. How to request

Email info@malvine.online with your account email and order reference. If you paid via Paddle, you may also use Paddle’s buyer support channels.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue.
