These Terms govern your purchase and use of Malvine prepaid digital access, provided by:

02Service — software only

Malvine is computer software delivered as an online web application at malvine.online. Your purchase grants time-limited access to use the software. No physical goods are shipped.

Malvine is a self-service research and workflow tool. We do not sell third-party promotion, human professional services, or standalone document-authoring products.

03Prepaid access and pricing

• ·Access starts when your payment is confirmed and entitlements are granted.
• ·Current plans: 7-day pass (€5) and 30-day pass (€15), unless otherwise shown at checkout.
• ·Plans are prepaid for a fixed period; access does not auto-renew.
• ·Additional purchases add days to your access end date; they do not create separate refundable balances per order.
• ·Partial or pro-rata refunds for unused days are not offered — see our Refund Policy.
• ·After expiry, the app may limit features until you purchase again.

04Acceptable use

You must use the software lawfully for personal research and workflow. You may not scrape, resell, or misuse the service or attempt to circumvent access limits.

05Payments

International online payments may be processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments buyer terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms.

06Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee any career outcome. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the access period giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
